The LeveledUp Money Workshop Series gives Memphis entrepreneurs the tools, systems, and confidence needed to build a profitable, compliant, and sustainable business.

Designed specifically for solopreneurs and business owners with 1–5 employees, this four-part series blends:

  • Tax readiness
  • Business compliance
  • A “friendly audit” to prepare for 2026

Each workshop is hands-on, practical, and culturally relevant to the needs of the Memphis Black business community.

Meet the Presenter:

Brooke Benjamin Kelley, Esq., LL.M.

Founder, The Benjamin Law Firm & Leveled Up Money

Brooke Benjamin Kelley, Esq., LL.M. is a proud Memphis native and the founder of Leveled Up Money, a financial education and wellness platform that supports individuals and businesses in building clarity, structure, and long-term wealth.

Brooke graduated summa cum laude from the University of Memphis with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida, one of the nation’s top tax law programs.

Throughout her career, Brooke has worked across the legal, accounting, and public policy sectors, gaining experience at a Big Four accounting firm, Fortune 500 companies, the Internal Revenue Service, the Small Business Administration, a Top 50 national law firm in Washington, D.C., and on Capitol Hill, where she supported tax and economic policy initiatives impacting small businesses and working families.

Through Leveled Up Money, Brooke brings this cross-disciplinary expertise together to help individuals and business owners better understand how money, taxes, and operations work together. Her work focuses on building efficient financial systems, improving decision-making, and helping clients and participants navigate tax planning, business structure, and cash flow with clarity and confidence. Leveled Up Money delivers this support through workshops, consulting, and digital tools, with higher-level advisory access available through select programs and engagements.

Will the workshop sessions be in person, virtual, or hybrid?

All sessions will be held in person at Epicenter Memphis.

Will recordings be available afterward?

Recordings will not be available after the workshops.

Are participants choosing one time slot for all four sessions?

Participants will choose one time slot (10:00 AM–12:00 PM or 2:00 PM–4:00 PM) and must attend that same slot for all four workshops.

Are the time slots identical for each week?

The time slots remain identical across all dates.

Are seats limited?

Yes. Each time slot is limited to 25 participants to ensure a high-quality, interactive experience.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. Once a session reaches capacity, a waitlist will open.

Is there a cost to attend?

The series is free for ITEP participants, BCoM Members, and paid BCoM participants. Pricing for non-members will be announced shortly.

Who is this workshop designed for?

LeveledUp Money is open to business owners of all sizes, ages, and structures - from emerging solopreneurs to established small businesses.

No prior financial or tax experience is required; however, attendees must be decision-makers in their business.

Will there be printed materials?

A printed workbook will be provided at Workshop 1

Participants will receive access to a digital portal with worksheets, templates, and toolkits used throughout the four-part series

Is one-on-one coacing included?

One complimentary 45-minute one-on-one coaching session provided by Leveled Up Money

Sessions may be facilitated by Brooke Benjamin Kelley, Esq., LL.M., or a qualified Leveled Up Money coach

Sessions are intended to help participants apply workshop concepts to their business

Can participants reschedule their time slot?

Yes - rescheduling is allowed only if space is available in the alternate time slot, and applies to all remaining sessions.

What should you know about parking and accessibility?

Parking is not free, and attendees will receive confirmed parking instructions once finalized.

The venue is fully accessible.

Light refreshments and water will be provided.
